- Bump @docusaurus/* 3.9.2  3.10.0
- Bump react/react-dom 19.2.3 → 19.2.5
- Bump smol-toml 1.6.0  1.6.1, yaml 2.8.2  2.8.3
- Run npm audit fix to resolve 7 direct vulnerabilities
- Add overrides.serialize-javascript ^7.0.5 to resolve remaining
  18 high-severity transitive vulnerabilities (GHSA-5c6j-r48x-rmvq,
  GHSA-qj8w-gfj5-8c6v) in @docusaurus/bundler's transitive deps
